TRUTH ABOUT REAL WHOLE MILK

Whole foods are the healthiest foods. That is why we believe whole milk should be left whole. At Sweet Grass Creamery we never skim the butterfat from our milk, because pulling some-or all-of the fat out of milk disrupts its nutritional profile.

Here are the facts:

  • The fat in whole milk can help you absorb calcium and many crucial vitamins.
  • Whole milk contains a type of fat linked to immune system health.
  • Studies now show that eating saturated fat raises good cholesterol.
  • We need healthy fat in our diet for long-term weight maintenance.
FROM OUR COWS TO YOU - NATURALLY!

If you’re looking for milk with that farm fresh taste, you’re looking for creamline milk. Creamline milk is the most natural form of milk. At Sweet Grass Creamery our milk is made using traditional practices – it is
gently pasteurized, but not homogenized. We do not add anything to our milk or take anything out, so it is simply MILK.

Because our milk is non-homogenized, the end result is a healthier more flavorful milk with a line of cream on the top - the old fashioned way all milk used to be. Creamline can aid the body in better digestion, and properly utilize the proteins found in milk. To enjoy our milk at its best, gently shake the bottle to mix the cream into the milk or skim it off and use it in your coffee.

The fresh creamline milk you purchase at Sweet Grass Creamery is milked from our cows daily, filtered, cooled, and stored in a stainless steel tank right on the farm for no more then 24 hours. This ensures you are going home with the freshest milk possible every time you shop with us.

Let us bring that all natural flavor back to your table and you will taste how delicious "healthy" can be!
